PosterIt! is available in free and paid versions. It works on all Windows platforms, from Win 95 to Win 10 and it can be installed in just a few seconds. The application doesn't require any special tools or drivers and it doesn't use a significant amount of resources.

The software comes with a compact user interface, which presents a small number of controls, which really all you need to print out your images. You can load a picture through a standard Open dialog, dragging and dropping the file or by pasting it from the clipboard.
